Septarian — also known as Dragon Stone or Dragon Egg — is a concretion formed from ancient marine sediment, compressed and mineralized over millions of years into a striking composite of brown aragonite, yellow calcite, and grey limestone. The natural cracks that develop during this process are often lined with sparkling druzy crystal formations, creating a luminous interior contrast against the stone's rugged, map-like exterior.
