We ship within the United States using standard, expedited, and express options. Delivery times vary by carrier but typically range from 3–7 business days for standard shipping.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Packaging
All crystals are packaged with care using protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Fragile items may be double-boxed for added security.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. If your package appears lost, please contact us so we can assist with filing a claim.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.
Returns and Exchanges
