Discount Policy - Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before applying any discounts to your order at Crystal Grotto. By using a discount code or participating in any promotional offer, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Available Discounts

Crystal Grotto currently offers four (4) stackable discount opportunities, each providing 10% off your order total:

• VIP Mailing List Discount (10% off) – Sign up for our VIP mailing list to receive your exclusive discount code.
• TikTok - Discount #1 (10% off) – Visit us on TikTok and follow the directions on the pinned post to claim your code.
• InstaGram - Discount #2 (10% off) – Visit us on IG and follow the directions on the pinned post to claim your code.
• X - Discount #3 (10% off) – Visit us on X and follow the directions on the pinned post to claim your code.

2. Discount Stacking

Customers may apply all four (4) available discounts simultaneously to a single qualifying order, for a maximum combined discount of 40% off the order subtotal. Each discount must be earned and applied individually in accordance with the instructions provided for that offer.

3. Exclusions – Raffle Promotion

Stackable discounts may not be combined with any active raffle promotion. Orders placed in connection with a Crystal Grotto raffle are ineligible for any additional discount codes or promotional offers. Attempting to apply a discount code to a raffle-associated order may result in the discount being voided or the order being cancelled at Crystal Grotto's discretion.

4. General Terms

• Discounts apply to the order subtotal and do not apply to shipping, taxes, or any other fees unless otherwise stated.
• Discount codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Crystal Grotto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any discount offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse or fraudulent use of discount codes may result in order cancellation and/or account suspension.
• All discount offers are subject to availability and may be limited in duration.
